DSF (DIRECT SALES FORCE) a division of Pareto; is a Sales/Merchandising and Consumer Engagement agency that develops and executes client programs that help our clients ‘Sell More’. We hire the best people, use proven best practices and provide great staff training to execute sales & marketing programs in retail channels across Canada. If you are outgoing, friendly, love technology, and have excellent sales skills this may be the perfect part-time position for you! You will be working on our Retail Sales Ambassador Program for our client, a Mobile (Cell/Wireless) company with a fun and dynamic image and a great product! Your job will be to engage shoppers in a fun and friendly way which motivates them to purchase our client’s products over the competitors. PLEASE NOTE: If successful, this position may turn into full time employment if desired. We want to hire great Retail Sales Representatives who: • Are passionate about selling and talking about technology • Have great communication skills and are described as ‘friendly’ • Have the ability to interact with people and are a quick learner • Are looking for flexible part time weekend hours • Are results oriented • Have a desire to gain retail experience (or those who already have it!) • Have access to a car to get to different store locations Your Responsibilities Will Include: • Demonstrate and sell technology products (mobile/wireless) to consumers • Interact with additional store staff and build and maintain relationships with them (store manager, store sales associates) • Becoming an well versed ambassador of the brand, its products & features (a full training session will be provided) • Responsible to work in partnership with an on-site store employee to activate sales • Notify your manager and the store personnel of your arrival • Effectively convey knowledge of products to the shoppers within the store • Close sales of products and services through your interaction with the shoppers (you will be provided with sales tools, incentives, etc) We offer a very competitive base wage plus a commission for every sale you are able to close! | |
