THE OPPORTUNITY As a Staffing Specialist you will be involved in providing a proven applicant screening and referral service that gives employers the time-saving search and applicant screening benefits of using an employment agency or search firm, at the lowest possible cost and CFM Career Finder Marketing, a job & career search marketing solution that for jobseekers is simply "the most effective way to find and land the job or career opportunity you want". Staffing Specialist responsibilities include: - Assisting with the placement of advertisements and career opportunity postings to attract applicants, - Screening & interviewing applicants - Ensuring accurate matches between the needs and qualifications of candidates and those of employers - Presenting career opportunities to candidates and responding to their questions regarding those opportunities - Referral of interested candidates to employers - Follow up with candidates and/or employers - Adding applicants to the BDM Applicant Database - Maintaining accurate records of your activities and keeping applicable lists and logs up-to-date - Direct networking activities to find and introduce the BDM Staffing Solution and CFM Career Finder Marketing and specific career opportunities to individuals In addition Staffing Specialists have the option to help in introducing and/or presenting the BDM Staffing Solution and CFM Career Finder Marketing to prospective customers, and be involved in the fulfillment of contract Human Resources services such as those involving Training & Development that BDM is called upon to provide. COMPENSATION With the exceptional BDM Associate performance based compensation package you can earn up to $4,000 per month for the day-to-day duties and functions your perform plus hundreds and with some roles, thousands more in monthly bonuses and commissions, even for non-selling functions. You will have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a variety of areas and take on multiple roles, and as much of your work can be conducted via email and online, you have unmatched flexibility in determining the days, time of day and number of hours you work each week. QUALIFICATIONS To qualify for this opportunity you must have related experience or training and education, and have demonstrated all of the following through at least 2 years of previous work experience in a service oriented environment: - Above average written and oral communication skills with 100% fluency in English - Entrepreneurial nature, confident, outgoing, and people-oriented - Efficiency using the Internet, e-mail, and Microsoft Office applications - At ease dealing with people at management and executive levels - Thrive on building relationships - Enjoy working with both established and start-up businesses - Professional, friendly and engaging interpersonal manner - Highly disciplined, self-motivated and able to work effectively without supervision - Assertive but non-aggressive style - Strong business acumen - Determination and persistence Strong preference will be given to candidates who have a post-secondary diploma or degree in business, marketing or human resources.
