We are currently looking for Sales Associates with a desire to succeed and an enthusiasm for achieving and exceeding sales targets. POSITION OVERVIEW: • Drive the sales and profitability of the store by selling leases to new and existing customers • Expand the customer base by generating new leads through telemarketing, referrals and flyer mail outs. • Answer and respond to telephone inquiries • Assist with customer accounts management and collection activities • Merchandise and maintain store facilities SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS: • High school diploma is preferred • Valid provincial driver’s license without restrictions • Clean driver’s abstract • Positive attitude; self-motivated; goal-oriented; team-player • Exceptional customer service skills • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Previous sales experience is an asset • Strong computer skills • Good math and reasoning ability • Well organized; able to manage and maintain records and files • Previous telemarketing experience is an asset • Courteous and personable with great interpersonal skills • Physically able to assist with lifting/moving products weighing up to 50lbs • Prior retail experience is an asset Our full-time associates must be able to work flexible hours including days, (early) evenings and Saturday shifts. *Sunday shifts only in the month of December.
