POSITION OVERVIEW:
• Provide excellent customer service through the delivery, pickup, and set-up of furniture, appliances, electronics and other home furnishings
• Increase store revenues by recommending additional products to customers
• Contribute to sales activities by distributing flyers and generating sales leads
• Refurbish and restore returned products; merchandise showroom and backroom
• Maintain company vehicles and store facilities to standard

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
• High school diploma is preferred
• Valid provincial driver’s license without restrictions
• 5 years driving experience; 2 years experience with a graduated provincial license
• A clean driver's abstract for the last 2 years
• Thorough understanding of safe driving procedures and traffic laws
• Physically able to frequently lift/move products weighing 50lbs to 100lbs
• Solid knowledge of local geographic areas
• Strong navigational skills; ability to read maps and follow directions
• Time management and organizational skills to schedule local and regional deliveries
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is an asset

Our full-time associates must be able to work flexible hours including days, (early) evenings and
Saturday shifts. *Sunday shifts in the month of December.
