Research Assistant/Technician Seeking a dynamic individual interested in joining a dedicated team of researchers studying mechanism regulating neurogenesis. The lab is located in Dalhousie University in scenic Halifax, Nova Scotia. Minimum requirements are a BSc degree specializing in molecular biology and genetics or equivalent. Experience in standard molecular biology techniques is essential. Experience in animal husbandry and histology is an asset. The research assistant is expected to undertake a project in neurogenesis and manage all lab orders, materials, and animal husbandry.
