Customer service Representative (Outbound)

Currently we are looking to hire for an Outbound Sales position.

Primary responsibilities:
· Providing and offering of information
· Answering inquiries
· Up-selling
· Lead generation

Re Requirements:

· Minimum high school diploma
· Sales experience preferred
· Call centre and customer service experience a benefit
· Professional and courteous telephone manners
· Ability to listen and communicate clearly and effectively both verbally and in writing.
· Proficient computer/keyboarding skills
