Lead Small Engine Repair Technician/Mechanic Our client is building a new state of the art showroom and service bay in the spring and requires a Lead Power Sport Service Technician with a high degree of productivity and efficiency combined with a commitment to providing the utmost in customer service. As the Lead Service Technician you will be responsible for performing diagnostics, repairs, maintenance, inspections and installations efficiently in accordance with our client’s commitment to quality, safety and time standards. You will also maintain mechanical service equipment on a regularly scheduled basis, and operate customer vehicles in a clean and safe manner. The knowledge of the Power Sport industry, the skills you bring to the parts & service team, your hands on approach, and your overall performance drive will ensure your success in this growth opportunity. Qualifications: • Certification in Mercury, Lund, Polaris and/or Yamaha • Master Technician a definite asset • Minimum 3-5 years or more of related work experience • Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving abstract • Electrical diagnoses experience an asset • Must be willing to participate in manufacturer training as required • Must have own hand tools and safety boots • Ability to lift up-to 75lbs • Ability to work as part of a team or independently • Customer focused and detail oriented • Commitment to providing excellent customer service • Interpersonal, organizational and communication skills required Hours: Permanent, full time days Salary: Above market salary based on education and certifications
